Severity Hierarchy

From lowest to highest:

INFO (0)

Informational conditions:

  • No immediate action required
  • For tracking and logging
  • Low priority in worklists

WARNING (1)

Potential issues:

  • Should be investigated
  • May escalate if unaddressed
  • Medium priority

CRITICAL (2)

Serious conditions:

  • Requires prompt attention
  • Safety or operational impact
  • High priority

EMERGENCY (3)

Highest severity:

  • Immediate response required
  • Significant impact
  • Top priority
