Investigate
Research the symptom:
- Review telemetry data
- Check asset history
- Identify root cause
Respond
Take corrective action:
- Contact driver/operator
- Dispatch service
- Remote command

Resolve
Close the symptom:
- Mark as resolved
- Record resolution type
- Add resolution notes
